A core element of Partnership Solutions experience and knowledge is around homelessness services.

A commitment to delivering effective frontline services that support people in housing crisis is crucial. Trish has many years experience of supporting local authorities particularly carrying out Service Reviews, carrying out reviews of staffing structures, their homeless prevention tools, temporary accommodation and supporting them to achieve robust homelessness prevention services.

My experience includes:

Homelessness Reviews – Service reviews of homelessness and associated services in many local authorities.
Homelessness Strategies – Developed numerous Homelessness & Rough Sleeping Strategies with robust action plans
Reviews of temporary accommodation – Reviews of the type, location, use and cost of temporary accommodation identify areas for improvement with associated cost savings.
Restructures – Reviews of housing service structures. Working with senior managers to review operational and strategic capacity and assess whether they remain fit for purpose in light of national policy changes.

Trish Reed really understood the unique challenges we face in North Norfolk around homelessness and temporary accommodation. She worked well with our team at NNDC and produced a very clear and comprehensive report. This has helped us outline the case for investing in more temporary accommodation homes in the District. She also gave us some very good recommendations to consider, which we will be looking into in the near future.
