Trish Reed, strategic housing consultant, established Partnership Solutions in 2008 after spending nearly twenty years working in local government strategic housing departments. With a background in housing advice and homelessness, Trish is experienced at working at all levels including operational management, carrying out strategic service reviews in consultation with stakeholders and customers, delivering clear reports with sound recommendations for service improvement and developing effective partnerships between public sector organisations. Trish is currently delivering a number of partnership projects, engaging at a senior level with local authority Heads of Service, Directors and elected Members across the East of England.

With the drive and passion to deliver service improvement for customers, Trish will work with you to achieve your aims through successful partnership working. Supporting you to engage with your stakeholders, the public, and both statutory and voluntary organisations Trish will help you to deliver the aims, objectives and service improvements you aspire to.
