Trish has worked directly for several local authorities in both Cambridgeshire and Suffolk over the last twenty five years spending a number of those years providing front line services to people facing homelessness and developing services to meet their needs. I remain committed to providing excellent front-line services and pro-active holistic housing options advice.

Moving into management over the last fifteen years I have shaped strategic housing services, established numerous strategies with focussed action plans and in the process enabled several local authorities to significantly improve their performance.

Passion and drive are key components in making change happen and I will work with you to achieve your desired outcomes in a practical supportive and ‘rolled up sleeves’ way in order to deliver results tailored to your organisation.

Since becoming self-employed in 2008 I have completed a variety of projects and longer interim contracts in Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Essex, Bedfordshire, Midlands, Manchester and Southern regions of the UK.
